It’s been ages since I’ve put together a wishlist post, hasn’t it? Well, I’m sure you’ve hardly been keeping track, but I can say for sure that it’s been a good year! In fact, I’d totally forgotten how to use Photoshop.
We’re coming to that time of year now where I just want to shop shop shop. With Ottie’s birthday in September, Jason’s in October, and a little baby due to arrive somewhere in between, it’s safe to say there’s been a fair bit of online ordering going on round these parts just lately! In fact, parcels have been arriving at our house so frequently that every time the dogs bark Ottilie now says ‘man at the door?’ and looks expectantly out of the window!
But why is it that autumn clothes are so very tempting? Especially those of the toddler and baby variety- in fact, it’s safe to say Ottie’s wardrobe for the coming months is 100x more stylish than my own, and I’m 100% okay with that!
Above are of a few pieces I’m lusting over for Ottilie for the colder months…and a couple of bits I may or may not have already ordered her!
Links are below…happy shopping!
Pink blouse and shorts outfit set
Fabric barrette clips
Burgundy Chelsea boots
Navy duffle coat
Grey button up romper
Tartan pinafore dress
Pink pinafore dress
Confession- I’m in need of a shopping intervention. I’m pretty certain my whole life’s shopping-training so far has been building up to the intense shopathon that is preparing for the arrival of a baby. I’ve got at least half a dozen shopping tabs open on my phone at all times, the shopping bags are piling up in the nursery-to-be, and I have a full blown addiction to John Lewis’ baby department…
But hey! If you can’t go a little nuts ahead of your first baby’s arrival into the world, when can you?
I thought it might be fun to share a few of the pieces I’m coveting right now, and so above are the pictures, and below are the links! Happy shopping, my friends!
White pointelle blanket
Grey Jellycat bunny
Pear toy basket

Spring is the time to freshen and reinvent, isn’t it? We cast off the muted tones of winter and embrace a lighter, bright colour palette. Or at least we might be able to, if March brings with it the warmer weather and noticeably longer days we’ve all been dreaming of…
Until then, it’s nice to dream! And not just to dream, but to begin to stockpile pieces that will brighten up our homes and wardrobes in the months ahead.
Above are a few of the items I’m dreaming of owning this spring- washed out dungarees, a lightweight khaki trench, a fresh candle (in a similar scent to my beloved Philosykos perfume), and a beautiful off-shoulder maxi for warm evenings later on in the season to mention just a few.
Oh March, please be kind to us!

I don’t know about you, but this time of year always makes me want to hit the shops. There are just so many beautiful things around right now! And since it’s getting on for six whole months since I last put together a wishlist, I figured it was about time I shared the items I’m coveting most at the moment here on CwR!
Looking now at all the pieces I’ve picked out, the colour palette is clear. Earth tones and nudes all the way! Oh, and as reading material- I had a flick through Honestly Healthy whilst at a friend’s house last weekend, and fell in love with it on the spot.
Here’s to an autumn spent cosied up in soft, oversized layers, drinking hot chocolate from adorable Fair Isle print mugs, and to nourishing our bodies with the most wholesome and delicious food!
