Rosie-Sponsor-round-up

Today, I’m so excited to be sharing with you a round up of all the amazing blogs and bloggers who’ve been linked in my sidebar throughout December! There’s such a wide range of blogs here, each one creative and brilliant in its own unique way. And what better time to get reading, than in this lazy lull between Christmas and New Year’s Eve! So, here’s my suggestion- put on a new pair of PJs, go and grab a blanket and a mug of hot chocolate, and then spend a little time browsing through each of these wonderful blogs in turn. I can’t think of a nicer way to spend a sleepy festive Saturday…

Not Quite Enough
It’s been so lovely getting to know Lisa and her lovely blog throughout December. Lisa lives in London, and describes her blog as being about making the most of life. ‘Getting off the sofa’ to quote Lisa herself! Don’t you just love that?! Posts on Not Quite Enough range from restaurant reviews, recipes, photos from Lisa’s travels, and posts about her home city of London! I absolutely love how detailed all Lisa’s posts are- they have that magic quality of feeling like a catch up with a friend! The sort of blog you’ll find yourself returning to time and again.
Favourite post of the past month? A very wet Sunday at Dalston Market.

A Simple Elegance
Oh, I just adore Arielle! She’s the sweetest lady, and her blog is equally as delightful! I love how sweetly honest and simple the posts are that she shares on her blog- I find them so very engaging. Arielle’s blog centres around her life on a Caribbean island with her husband Mitch, and this month has featured happy lists, beautifully seasonal recipes, gift guides, and reflective posts about thankfulness and the simple things in life. If charming lifestyle blogs set against stunning Caribbean backdrops are your cup of tea, then A Simple Elegance is one for you!
Favourite post of the past month? Putting up the tree.

Mel Bakes Things
I really could not love Mel’s blog more! It’s such a brilliant read- full of the sort of inspiring recipes that make you want to go tearing into the kitchen brandishing your laptop and keen-bean enthusiasm even before you’ve read to the end of the ingredients list! I love how clean and neatly laid out Mel Bakes Things is too- the focus really is all on beautiful food! And my, is it beautiful! This month, Mel’s been making vanilla-rum caramels, pistachio and black sesame snowballs, and sharing her techniques for beautiful festive gift wrapping too! You’re going to just love this one, I know!
Favourite post of the past month? Vanilla-rum caramels.

Silverspoon London
Oh, Angie’s blog is such a fun one to follow! Silverspoon London was new to me in December, and I’ve so enjoyed reading back through her archives and getting to know it better. Angie’s blog is a lifestyle one, and a fabulous lifestyle it is! Angie specialises in trialling and reviewing the finest restaurants, hotels, and events both in London and internationally- and documents her experiences on her blog! You can imagine how much fun it is to read! Best go and get cracking with Angie’s most recent posts from NYC- they’re a treat for the eyes! :)
Favourite post of the past month? Silverspoon takes a Bite Out of the Big Apple: Hakkasan, New York.

Uncia + Tigris
I’ve been reading Clare’s blog for a good few months now, and whether it’s linked in my sidebar or not, it’s one I return to time and time again. It’s just such a lovely read! Simple and charming and intelligently written- I just can’t get enough of Clare’s engaging tone of voice. This month on Uncia + Tigris, Clare’s shared a round up of her top finds from round the web, photos of her beautifully colourful Christmas decorations, and a quote that stole my heart. It’s such a lovely blog to have in your reading list, and one I’m sure you’re going to be so happy you got to know :)
Favourite post of the past month? Q#31.

Rhyme and Ribbons
It’s always such a pleasure having the Rhyme and Ribbons linked in my sidebar- not least because  it makes it just the bit easier to click through to Amanda’s latest (and always brilliant) post! Amanda’s blog seems to be going from strength to strength, and I just love reading it. She shares a whole range of things, from posts about her travels and adventures around the UK, to wish lists (Amanda currently would like a puppy, and I’m with her on that), to recipes and restaurant reviews! Rhyme and Ribbons is just such a happy online space, and one I think you’ll so enjoy getting to know :)
Favourite post of the past month? Friday Facts.

Jemima Jane blog
Jemima’s darling blog is another new find for me this month, and I LOVE IT! So incredibly fun to read, really well written, and full of gorgeous photographs to boot! Jemima lives in London with her other half Blake (don’t they both have the greatest names?) and on her blog she shares snippets of their journeys and adventures both in London and beyond. I love the way Jemima captures the spirit of wherever she’s visited in the photos and stories she shares on her blog, and keep finding myself whiling away spare time reading through her archives. I can’t recommend it highly enough!
Favourite post of the past month? 24!

Cocktails & Caroline
I really think it’s only fair that Caroline start sharing out some of her amazing holidays, and taking people along with her in her suitcase, don’t you? I mean, it’s just not right otherwise! ;) Caroline’s blog is so fun to read (and live vicariously though!), since she seems always to be jetting off to the most exciting places! In December, Caroline went on a jaunt to Las Vegas, and shared a the most wanderlist-inducing series of posts from her time there! For anyone looking for the lowdown on where to travel in the coming year- Cocktails and Caroline is the place to go for advice!
Favourite post of the past month? Vegas in December – Part 2.

Miranda’s Notebook
New to me during the past few weeks, and pretty new in itself, Miranda’s Notebook has been such a pleasure to get acquainted with. Described as ‘Your guide to a stylish life’, Miranda’s blog is a happy mixture of lifestyle posts, recipes, guides, and style posts- truly something for everyone! During December, Miranda’s shared her favourite winter outfit, decorated her Christmas tree (the cutest one you ever did see!) and posted a recipe for the most divine looking smoked salmon and wheat berry salad. Such a lovely one to add to your reading list!
Favourite post of the past month? Christmas at Strawberry Hill House.

Jennifer Polly
Jennifer Polly is lifestyle blog, and a delightful one it is too! In her About page, Jennifer describes herself as loving ‘visiting new cities and nights in at home with equal measure’- a girl after my own heart if ever there was one! On her blog, Jennifer shares sweet recipes, lifestyle posts, and ‘lists of loveliness’ that capture all the things that make her life a beautiful one. It’s exactly the sort of charming lifestyle blog I love to read the most- a wonderfully simple exaltation of the beautiful things in life. I just love it, and am certain you will too!
Favourite post of the past month? Dark chocolate & mint hot chocolate recipe.

As a Blonde
I’ve been so glad of the chance to get to know Sophie’s beautiful blog. It’s such a wonderful read, and I could not be more excited to share it with you! As a Blonde is another of my favourite kind of lifestyle blogs- all beautifully photographed days out and fun ‘life lately’ snippets! In fact, it’s Sophie’s photography that I think I love best. Her photos really tell a story, and are so gorgeously taken and edited. In fact, there’s not a single thing I don’t love about As a Blonde! One to add to your reading list right away- it’s the most wonderful read!
Favourite post of the past month? Four years…

This Particular
I’ve got to know Ala’s blog well over the past few months, and it really is such a lovely one. Ala’s writing is so friendly and personable- you’ll feel like you’re making a friend as your read your way through her posts! This Particular features posts that range from restaurant reviews to recipes, from catch up posts to ‘day out’ round ups! I just adore the way Ala puts her content together, and find myself reading through post after post every time I click through to This Particular. Make sure you’ve a coffee to hand when you start reading it, because once you start you’ll be in for the long haul, I’m sure! :)

Oh my goodness! I was not expecting such kindness! Day-maker for sure – and I’ve had a really excellent day! Haha. Glad you have been enjoying trawling through my archives – sadly I have not updated nearly as much as I would have liked to this month… Seems as though Christmas is determined to eat up every minute of my time this week! But I’ve got a few posts almost ready to go in the next few days… I hope… New Years might have other plans for me ;)

Thanks again for your kindness Rosie. It has been such a total pleasure reading your blog over the last year or so and I’m thrilled to have been able to spend a month sitting to the right of it! :) :) :)
