Thoughts on gratitude.

Cider-with-Rosie-Praying

I found this quote on Pinterest the other day, and thought it was wonderful. I’m going to try and remember it next time I’m feeling grumbly about not being able to replace the carpet in our bedroom right now, or when I catch myself wishing for silly things. It’s reminded me how lucky I am just to be loved, and to have a home to call our own.

Cannot express how beautiful and uplifting this quote is! Definitely one I’ll be filing away to try and remind myself to be grateful for everything that I have :) We’re all such blessed creatures and we should appreciate these things more often!

That quote is very true. At work this week I’m dealing with a lot of the backlash from the situation in Egypt and the horrible floods in India and it just reminds me so much how comfortable I have it but also how precarious life is. It makes me very grateful for everything.

It’s so good to just step back and reassess everything sometimes.
