Recipe: Lentil and bacon salad

and that’s it! this salad is filling, delicious, and so easy! even jason (not usually a fan of the humble salad) loves it! and that really is praise indeed! ;)

    I’ve never thought of having lentils with salad before, usually I have my salad with scrambled egg! This looks yummy though, I’ll have to give it a go!
