10 things that’ve made me happy this week…

1. late night christmas shopping with my ma last night :) we ate wagamamas till we burst, and it was awesome!

2. kimchi. best thing ever for this pickle addict!

3. the sulky face ted pulls whilst waiting to go for a walk. it makes me laugh every morning!

4. managing to blast through all my christmas wrapping in one afternoon! success!

5. playing the ‘advent calender’ game with jason. we compete every day to see who can find their window fastest, and whoever’s got the highest score at the end of advent wins a chocolate bar! we know how to have fun in this house ;)

6. watching keith lemon’s celeb juice christmas special! although i did have to put my foot down and make jason stop doing his keith lemon impression afterwards, because it went on for over an hour…

7. watching old videos of tiny eight week old teddy! when did our pup turn into a grown up dog?!

8. discovering how amazing game of thrones is! i’m officially addicted :)

9. this. hilarious!

10. turning on the christmas tree lights first thing in the morning, when it’s still dark outside. magic :)

Christmas tree lights first thing is amazing, it takes me right back to when I was a little kid and I still get that amazing ‘it’s Christmas!’ feeling. Also candles at breakfast; we do that every Christmas Day and it’s lovely! x

Fairy lights are so magic. I am always sad to put them away and love it when people find a dark corner where they can continue to brighten a home all year. Love that photo of your dog – it’s wonderful! Happy holiday season to you + yours! Minerva x

So happy you discovered Game of Thrones, i’m not a huge fantasy fan myself but it’s really well done with some amazing actors (in my humble opinion!) I wish wish wish, despite all the amazing places to eat here in Paris, that Wagamama would open here!!!!!!!! xxx
